Hello Health! Newsletter – August 2015

The first week of August was World Breast Feeding Week and as a new father it is a topic that is near and dear to my (and my wife’s) heart. The funny thing is that while there is great support for the importance of breast feeding (for both mother & child) there seems to be stigma attached to it. Not fully accepted by the public, breast-feeding mothers can experience discrimination and scrutiny by others for something that ought to be natural & accepted.

Take some time, this month to show your support for breast-feeding by checking out some of the following sites. Better yet, get involved locally to ensure that every child has the best opportunity to grow & thrive!
